The customer is responsible for all return costs and a £5 administrative fee for any returns will be deducted. Please note that we are unable to refund you for the original shipping costs.

 In the event of an unsuccessful delivery or if you provided an incorrect address, please be aware that opting for reshipping will incur an additional fee for the delivery service. The specific fee may vary depending on the location.

 We pride ourselves on ensuring that all products ordered are to your satisfaction. However, we are only able to provide refunds if the product is damaged on arrival, and therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges in any other circumstances. This does not go against your statutory rights.
